Would it be nice to have "flexiable control" by using WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) to run multiple Debian?
1. Do you run Debian directly on real hardware or under Debian under Windows 11 WSL or "Virtual box" or similar?
2. Does running under Windows WSL degrade stabilty, reliability and good up time? We aim to achieve 12 months uptime, apart from scheduled downtime for applying patch, etc. It will be one machine pair so one can take down to do software updating.
3. I believe AWS or similar are running huge computer farms and sell "Virtual Computer" by monthly fee, depending on RAM, File and CPU time actually used, etc. May be "Virtual" is a stable technology????
4. In our use case, initial load test shows we need about one quarter of a Intel Core 5 CPU.
5. Would it be nice to have "flexiable control" by using WSL to run multiple Debian so that they "may be configurated differently" as needed.
For example, one Debian run the 'stable version' of our code. One Debian run the new "Release Candidate" and we can verify that same output is produced using Live data (presumably, we have already tested them with golden sample dataset).
Many thanks
