Hello,
I have had this problem since I upgraded from Debian 11 to 12. The main window and all dialogs of MKVToolnixGUI do not show up correctly. It seems that the fonts and the text boxes are too large for the window. Only the upper left corners of the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons in the GUI are visible. Most controls do not function. A similar problem happens for FreeCAD.
I tried to attach screenshots of the GUI that show the error (saved with GIMP), but none of them renders correctly in the preview. So I do not know if they are of any use.
I use the kernel 6.1.0-26-amd64 x86_64, Mate desktop, Version1.26.0, and the Nvidia driver Version, 535.183.01.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Edit: Removed the in line attachments. They did not render correctly. I will try again.
