Beginners Questions • [Software] No Permission to /var/lib/dpkg/info

Hi
i have a problem with the location /var/lib/dpkg/info
I changed something i had not to change and get always the error

here for example with openmediavault (the same with other installation programms)
/var/lib/dpkg/info/openmediavault.postinst: 191: deb-systemd-invoke: Permission denied

i have root rights and can enter the folder by ssh delete the files etc.
but when i try to install something new or reinstall files i get always the issue.

is the system broken or could it be saved?
