Hello everyone,
I hope this finds you well. I am having some issues with a new installation of Debian upon my RPI 2B.

Steps to Generate Bootable SD Card

Code:

get https://raspi.debian.net/tested/20231109_raspi_2_bookworm.img.xz && wget https://raspi.debian.net/tested/20231109_raspi_2_bookworm.img.xz.sha256 && wget https://raspi.debian.net/tested/20231109_raspi_1_bookworm.img.xz.sha256.ascunxz 20231109_raspi_2_bookworm.img.xz
SD Card Image with made utilizing the startup disk creator in Trisquel Aramo.

Steps to Generate Issue

Code:

apt install gdm3 mate-desktop-enviormentreboot

Does the RPI 2B need any firmare that is not provided by the aforementioned ISO images? Is it possible for me to exit the graphical interface? Are there any other dependencies that must be installed to utilize mate?

Thank you so much for all of your help. I immensely appreciate any support you can provide.
