Programming • [IDE] C, C++, Rust, Python - what IDE to use?

Hello all, I am a long-time Java developer that uses any combination of Netbeans, Eclipse, IntelliJ.
On Debian, would do you suggest for C, C++, Rust and Python development.
Ideally it would be a free/opensource IDE that supports editing and the syntax as well as running and source level debugging with single stepping, variable inspection/modification etc...
