Installation • bios vs uefi based pc - for a reliable dual boot system

Hi there

Should i setup my pc to use bios, uefi or a combination
of both ?

My pc has 2 SATA drives - i want a dual boot system
Initially, i'l have Debian installed on both drives

I don't care about advanced firmware features
All i want is a stable / reliable boot process

I'd appreciate your suggestions
