Hardware • Primary Monitor no longer detected [DisplayPort] [Debian 12, KDE 5.27.5]

I am currently using a dual monitor set-up, however after uninstalling Dragon Player [via Discover] and rebooting, my primary display has not been recognised. [Confirmed using xrandr, though the uninstallation may be unrelated]
I then attempted using Timeshift, and this did not fix the issue. I then tried Boot Repair just in case, and this also did not help.
I have additionally tested the monitor on a different PC, and it works fine - I also swapped the cables between the primary/secondary monitors, as well as tried HDMI - The primary monitor was receiving no output, while my secondary display still works just fine.

GPU is an Nvidia 3070ti with proprietary drivers, running on KDE Plasma 5.27.5 and X11. The cpu is an i5 12600K, and I have NOT attempted to disable or mess with its igpu, which may be causing the issue. Alternatively, when uninstalling a popup warned of removing "kde-standard (5:142)" which may have caused the issue.

Just swapped to Linux, please bear with me if I have missed something!

[UNRELATED: Additionally, I accidentally set my desktop applications to run instead of execute and now I cant use them, and don't know how to change the default back, any advice welcome!]
